Marla Neely -- Managing Member
Marla has been practicing as a tax accountant and small business advisor for more than 15 years. Her practice uses a strategic management style that enables business owners to accomplish their financial goals and objectives sooner, so they can achieve more of the things they value in life.

Marla earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Arizona State University. She began her career as a cost accountant with Honeywell. Marla established an accounting and tax practice in 1992 and specializes in providing small business counseling. Her unique combination of entrepreneurial skills and management style gives her clients an edge by being proactive in acquiring and utilizing the latest and most proficient tax, financial and estate strategies.

Mary Molano, EA
Mary has been a practicing accountant for over twelve years. She is licensed as an Enrolled Agent, which allows her to represent individuals and businesses in tax court and carries special privileges when dealing with the IRS. She has been an active member of the National Society of Practicing Accountants since 1999. Mary also currently holds the position of Treasurer with the Arizona Society of Practicing Accountants and has for the past four years. Mary is qualified as a Business Advisor and Tax Preparer by the Accreditation Council for Accountancy and Taxation (ACAT). She graduated with a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Arizona State University.

Herman Charlip, CPA
CPA Herman is a CPA who specializes in fiduciary and estate work. He worked for a New York law firm for nine years providing estate consultation and preparing all types of business and estate returns. Herman earned his accounting degree at Brooklyn College.
